hey i know creatine works i know what it does… ive been working out for quite some time now and ive tryed CEE but i think i might be unresponsive so i was told to try a basic creatine monohydrate….
my question is…. when the creatine fills your muscles with water will it look like ive gotten fat or will it just look like my muscles have gotten bigger?
