I really want to do a body cleanse soon of the liver and colon. or maybe a full body cleanse (?) I was wondering if any of you had any experience with this and how it affected you. Im 13, if thats any object, and I might want to use this kit called quick Cleanse and its a 7 day cleanse. Ive heard of 9 and 30 day ones, and which do you think is best for me? please, all the information you have. is it going to make me go to the bathroom like every 2 or 3 hours and will I be able to carry on with my regular life other than like eating habits and stuff? I really appreciate it!
buy the best quality high grade Aloe Vera Drink and takeit about three times a day for about a week or so then drink it daily to keep your system clean and your liver healthy. it is the best natural product you can put in your body. you will also notice your skin improve… you also have to eat healthy. not junk and caffiene if you are going to do this.
Body Cleanses can be difficult to stick with throughout the period because most require that you eat nothing during the time you're using the Cleanse. and if you don't stick with it and eat, you can upset your sugar level dangerously. I did a Cleanse a few years ago and ate some solid food on day 3. I was just so hungry! A few hours later, I started sweating and felt dizzy. Then I passed out for about 5 minutes. I literally fell right on the floor. my doctor said it was because I was playing with my blood sugar level, and she recommended that I don't do anymore Cleanses. so check with your doctor and be careful!
