Why don't you go to your local health food store. they usually have lots of colon cleanse products and the assistants are usually really helpful and give good advice. if you're still not sure, you can research the products you like online.
Make sure your product is natural and doesn't have lots of 'fillers'.
Hope this helps.
First of all Jenny, she was correct. She was asking for a "colon Cleanser" not cologne!!!
Now, to answer the question, they all pretty much do the same thing…clean the colon. I would suggest reading the labels. some take longer to work and some may make you cramp just like certain laxatives. Depends on what you really want and what your body may be able to handle. good luck!
There is actually a product called "The Original Colon Cleanse" that will be cheaper than all those fancy colon cleanse products, and better for you, I think. It comes in a plastic white round container with an orange lid. should be less than $15.
